 Janki Mandir

The central view of temple is known by janki mandir.which was constructed by Queen Vrisha Bhanu of Tikamgarh,India in 1911 AD. It is constructed in Mugal and Hindu architecture.It is of three story-building with 60 rooms in rectangular form.it is believed that  it was constructed with 9,00,000 lakhs within 12 years.

Vivaha mandaav

It is constructed in northern side of Janaki mandir. This 

Place was built for the marriage ceremony of goddess Ram and idol woman Sita. Since then so many marriage ceremony had taken place on the same site.

Shree sankatmochan Mandir

Sankatmochan Mandir is located at northwest of  mithological. TheMandir is constructed on dedication of Hanuman where dhanus yagya( bow breaking ceremony).

Ram Mandir

Ram Mandir 

 Another well known temple in the vicinity is Rammandir which is purely made in the pagoda style. It is constructed in such an artistic design that mass of people do visit it everyday.

Ponds

The janakpurdham is said to have with large number of ponds.Around 115 ponds are largely known to everyone with their own historical importance. Dhanus Sagar, Ratnagar Sagar , prasuramkunda etc are some of those.

          Janki Mandir Janki Mandir front view Janaki Mandir  ( Nepali :  जानकी मन्दिर ) is a  Hindu temple  in  Janakpur  in the  Mithila  region of  Nepal , dedicated to the Hindu goddess  Sita .         It  is located at headquarters of province no 2 , janakpur (Nepal) in dhanush district. It was constructed by  Queen Vrisha Bhanu of Tikamgarh,India in 1911 f ully built in bright white and constructed in an area of 4,860 sq. feet in a mixed style of Mughal and Koiri domes. It is  three 3 story- building with 60 rooms in rectangular shape. According to legends and epics, King Janak ruled this area (called Videha) during the Ramayana period. His daughter Janaki (Sita), during her swyambar, had chosen Lord Rama as her husband, and become the queen of Ayodhya. Their marriage ceremony had occurred in the nearby temple which is also called vivaha mandap. The site was designated as a UNESCO tentative site in 2008.
